I am looking for a respectful female/male to rent my spare room.
I have a little dog but he is very friendly.
There is a back garden and a bathroom.
I no longer have WiFi as I never used it.
I will require 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent up front and the first week will be a trial.
The room is available from 01/04/19 as I am currently redecorating.
Must haves:
- Be a dog lover
- Be respectful & clean/tidy
- Be in full time employment

- Smokers/Alcoholics (from bad past experience)
