Double room, ensuite and own living room in Heanor

We are a couple in our late 50s/early 60s and are owner occupiers.
This is our family home although the children have grown up and flown the nest.

The rooms available are well appointed and newly decorated. They are lovely, modern, light, airy, warm rooms. The bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink.
In the bedroom is a TV with freeview/freesat, desk /dressing table and double mirror door wardrobe.

Next door to the bedroom is a small living room ( price reflects the 2 rooms) which is solely for your use.
It has a TV point, storage cupboards and shelving.

Shared kitchen.

An off road private parking space is available if required.

We would like to rent the room to a professional person either Monday to Friday (price negotiable for this option)or all week basis. We feel the room and home would suit a more mature person.

I'm sorry but there is NO shared living space.

It is a no smoking household. Both inside and in the garden.
Vegetarians only please as we are a non meat eating family.
