Double bedroom in pretty village

I have a spare double bedroom in Hemington, near East Mids Airport. I have a five year old son and a seven year old cat. We're a fairly quiet household - the loudest time is when I put some tunes on to do housework! I'm a student so spend a lot of my time studying or reading. My son is at school five days a week then usually staying with grandparents at the weekends.

The house is in a quiet village, opposite a nice pub. There's broadband and a washing machine. Parking is on-street. There is a garden with seating. Smoking is not allowed in the house, although vaping is fine.

The bedroom is a double size, furnished with a daybed, desk, and storage. The bed is currently set up as a single but can be reconfigured by request. Bedding and soft furnishings can be arranged. Please be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs.

I have a cleaner who comes every fortnight. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and you can have a cupboard for food, plus fridge/freezer space.
