Hi, myself & Olimpio are looking for a third & final friendly housemate to join us at Taverners Crescent, Littleover, Derby.

It's a really peaceful location, 1.5 miles from the Royal Derby Hospital & 2.5 miles from Rolls Royce.

The whole house is in very good condition having been recently repainted & freshly carpeted. Currently available is our double room, all bills inclusive, council tax, internet, TV licence & cleaner all included for £425 per month.

The room recently had brand new furniture, double bed, a full height wardrobe and chest of draws. Our loft is fully boarded so we're not short on storage space.

Lots of space & communal areas for everyone to use, a large living room, study, conservatory, garden with vegetable patch and a garage for bike storage.

We have a spare bedroom, for use as a guest bedroom for friends or family.

The area is really quiet, mostly families and has plenty of parking with a 3 car driveway located at the front of the house. It's also well within walking distance to Littleover village & shops.

About us:
I'm a Mechanical Engineer that works in 3D printing who enjoys being outdoors. My hobbies are things like bouldering, running, hiking or cycling.

Olimpio works for Rolls Royce and is has a passion for cooking & baking to the finest of Italian standards.
