The house is modern and maintained to a high standard, so clean and tidy applicants only please.
Would suit professional person who works in the vicinity as the location enables easy commute to the Royal Derby Hospital (20 mins walk) and is on bus route to Hospital and City Centre (30 mins walk, A38/A50 & inner ring road to Rolls Royce, Toyota and University of Derby.
On street parking is always available and there is often available space to park on the private driveway.
There are shops nearby including Co-op, Bird's the bakers other convenience stores, post office, restaurants and takeaways . Major supermarkets are a short drive away.

The rent includes all bills, I do request a deposit in advance of moving in.
