I have a spare double room in my two-bedroom house in Matlock and am ideally looking for a friendly, working professional to share my home. I'm a teacher and enjoy a peaceful living environment.

The House:
It's a two-bedroom house with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There's also a nice garden, which is lovely to enjoy.

The Room:
The spare room is a good-sized double, offering a private space.

Location:
The house is situated in a nice part of Matlock with good access to local amenities. Being in Matlock, we're also really close to the Peak District National Park, which is fantastic if you enjoy spending time outdoors and going for walks.

A Bit About Me:
As mentioned, I'm a teacher. I appreciate a clean and tidy home and enjoy spending my free time outdoors, often exploring the local trails in the Peak District. It would be great to find a lodger with similar interests, perhaps someone who also enjoys getting out for walks.

What I'm Looking For:
Ideally, I'm looking for a working professional who is clean, considerate, and reliable. Someone who would appreciate a relaxed home environment.
