Hi there,

I have a double room available in my centrally located town house in Measham DE12. As my current housemate is moving out after 2 years.

The house consists of a downstairs lounge and kitchen. With a multi fueled burner fireplace and exposed beams. This is your lounge. It's equipped with a Sky connected TV.

There is a small galley kitchen. This leads to the outside patio garden. The washing machine is in the garden shed.

Upstairs the first floor. There's another lounge again with exposed beams and a multi fueled burner fireplace.

The bathroom with a deep tub is also on this floor.

Upstairs again and you will find the room which is available. It's a bigish double. There is a king single bed wardrobe and bedside currently in it.

The property now also has Sky Q with both Sky & TNT Sports and Movies. The monthly costs of Sky, Fibre broadband, Council tax, gas, electricity, water & TV Licence are included in the rent. You would also have access to Netflix, Prime TV and Disney +

My preference is to share with a working professional guy or girl. Who is sociable and respectful. I'm not looking for a best mate. Just someone who wants to share this cool and quirky home. Very 4.20 friendly.
