Double room available in a newly built modern house (2 years old) located at Mickleover, Derby. If possible, I would prefer someone Monday to Fridays. House is in the Mickleover area which is a large village and close to the Royal Derby Hospital, A38, A50, M1, A453, Toyota and East Midlands Airport. A Four-minute walk to public Transport, and Nine-minute walk to Tesco and shops. High speed fibre broadband (WiFi) and bills included. The house is quiet and preferably available to working professionals. Unfortunately, I can’t take anyone that works from the house. I am the live-in landlord.
