Room available to rent in central Ripley with off street parking. Location is convenient for walking to the local shops, and there is easy access to the M1, A38 and A610 for commuters.
Rent is £330 per calendar month, paid in advance on the first of the month. Deposit will be one months rent.
This includes utility bills, and internet, shared use of the rest of the house, including dishwasher and washer/drier. I’d look to come to an agreement on council tax.
I’m a 30 year old professional and will be a live in landlord, so no need to worry about repairs. I’ll want them done as much as you!

There is another lodger already at the house, a female currently working and studying locally.
There is also a young couple at the house, Ukrainian refugees who share a room.
Bees are kept in the garden of the house, but it is quite a long garden for the area and they are a good distance from the house. If you don’t mind the bees and enjoy gardening there’s plenty of space for that around the several fruit trees in the garden.
Ideally I’m looking for working professionals of roughly the same age as the existing residents.
There is one indoor cat at the house; he will lie to you to try and get more food.
