Room for Rent Midway

The house itself is a three bedroom but the vacancy is for master bedroom. There is also a spare room currently being used as a storage space. The kitchen is large and has a joined dining area with a table. The room is not furnished but the rest of the house is; we are expecting a new bathroom refurbishment sometime this year.

I'm advertising the room due to my current housemate moving out within the next month. I'm a very clean and tidy person and take a lot of pride in my home; we'll get along as long as you clean up after yourself!

I work full-time so I am often in during mornings and late evenings. I mostly keep to myself but often have my brother over to visit; however, we are often quiet and spend our time in the detached garage.
