hello i have a room became vacant its a double.
we have private parking, the parking for cars is full so would suite person with cycle or motorcycle or walking using the bus service. security gates, seperate laundry utility, large lounge, kitchen all welcome to use but as bedrooms are very spacious not many people do. fridge each unlimited broad band, all bills included.
my wife is swiss, we are friendly and helpfull if needed, the home is quiet large by modern standards, and centrally heated all automatic.
situated in a pleasant open are of countryside between woodville and ashby 200mtrs from the tap house pub.
