I'm looking for a busy, responsible working person who appreciates a quiet, relaxed and friendly environment. Very comfortable facilities, including fast internet, brand new bathroom facilities

Two weeks notice would be required for ending the agreement. All bills are included.

Attractive converted cottage in very convenient central village location. The village of Abbotskerswell is very well situated for the A38, the South Hams, Exeter, Totnes and Dartmoor.

There is also a lovely private garden which you would be welcome to use.
