There is a lovely double room available in a 2 bed terrace home.

The house has an light open plan downstairs with living room, kitchen and sun room.

The house is in a great location with quick access onto the A38/M5. Lidls is just round the corner and big Sainsburys a short walk.

Great for cycling - there is a cycle path round the corner that goes right to the canal and then along to the Quay.

There is also a bus stop close to the end of the road that takes you into town.

Quite road with on road parking, no permit needed.

There is a paved garden with shed space for storage and bikes.

There will be 1 other girl living here. Laura is 32 and works in town. She's very easy to get along with.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful.

Well behaved pets welcome.

The room will come furnished and is available from December 5th but potentially earlier.

The rent includes all bills.
