I have one room in my home that is available for up to six months, renewable, to rent. The small room can be part of the rent that can be used as a living room area if you want to have your own space. I live on the edge of Dartmoor with easy access to shops, Doctors, and A38. I work full time, but can be in and out the home daily as I work locally. This is a great base location having easy access to the Moors in two minutes and local beaches, reachable with 30 minutes or less.
The home is covered 24 hours a day by C. C. T. V.
The house must be viewed as I will not just let the rooms via Email contact.
Please note.. the house is available to view from the 2nd December 2023, after the current lodger has left.
