Bulland Court is a barn conversion nestled in the delightful landscape of the South Hams in Devon. It is ideally set in its own 4 acres of working land with garden and fields. A place to enjoy the countryside, and the beautiful creation all around. Situated not far from Ashburton and less than 5 min by car, off the A38.

Accommodation:-
Master bedroom has own en suite toilet and shower. Ample wardrobe storage and other cupboards. Furnished.

Downstairs open plan Kitchen and sitting area all shared. Access to washing machine and drying area in utility room.

Students from the Ashburton Cookery School are particularly welcome (we are less than 2 miles away, 5 min by car).

Bulland was built as an eco-friendly home. The water is heated in the summer time by Solar hot water panels which then store heat in a v large heat store. In the winter our wood burning stove tops up the heat store temperature for hot water in the house. We have no other form of heating and have minimised our energy requirement with the use of significant insulation!

Easy parking on site. Access to garden with firepit and orchard. We are set in a lovely network of lanes and byways. An ideal opportunity to connect with the landscape.
