Set between Honiton and Awlishcombe just of the A373. Honiton has a main line rail link to London (Waterloo) and from Awliscombe is the alternative line at Tiverton Parkway (Paddington). 30min walk to Honiton.
With private drive and parking leading to the house.
Kitchen equipped with large electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Oil central heating system makes this a very warm house with plenty of hot water. Plus an log fire in living room.
Comfy lounge area with LCD HD TV and Sky TV and fibre optic broadband. Large garden with patio, bench and sun loungers for the summer.

My partner is working from home and two days in London.
I'm currently working part time and from home.
My mother in law lives next door but she will be visiting. We are laid back and easy going.
