Large Ensuite Bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe, desk space and lovely views.

The house is spacious and has a nice peaceful garden with places to sit to catch the sun (when it shines) all day long

There is a summer house that has power and wifi if you want to work from home and use a separate space.

There is an excellent kitchen, opening to dining room

The living rom has a projector cinema system you're free to use - obviously with agreement.

Parking in the driveway off road, and have Electric charger

There is a guest suite in the garden that I do AirBnB letting, so we have to be mindful of guests privacy and give them priority in the rear garden space. around the Studio.

I love music and do have music while I work, and for listening pleasure. I'm pretty open to other peoples music - eg using the music system in Kitchen while you cook, but I do find spoken radio , especially politics, highly distracting. II care deeply about the environment and very few politicians do !

That said I work away (usually London) about half the time, just home weekends.

When home I do work from home and have a seperate study downstairs.

When I'm lucky my by 16 Yr old comes to stay, Kes, and we do like to cook and watch a film together.

And then I often have the super pleasure of our delightful little dog Ponyo coming to stay. She's a non allergenic TopPoodle/Maltese cross, best described as a happy living teddy bear.. She is very quiet at night.

I prefer cooking to ready meals, and would enjoy sharing the cooking and enjoying meals together from time to time. Although an omnivore I quite often cook vegetarian.

The bedroom is big enough for a work from home professional, but a couple both working from home would be a bit cramped.

I like someone who enjoys music, and open to discovering new music, and plenty of old music !
Enjoying cooking would be useful.

We'd have to meet to ensure we get on, I'm flexible and helpful, enjoy life and see the funny side in things. A positive sunny disposition essential.

Council Tax is Band D , and I will require you to pay the additional 25% (£650 ish/annum) in addition to the rent.
