For rent we have a large airy light spacious double room with wall to wall wardrobes and a view over the warberries...there is no shared living room but we have a lovely shared kitchen diner with tv..
The bathroom and toilet are shared and we have a lovely friendly cat.
Wellswood village is nearby with shops, a pub, pharmacy, patisserie and supermarket. There is a local school and church and the glorious Meadfoot beach is a stones throw away..
The apartment is quiet and peaceful with birdsong in the mornings.. there is easy roadside parking, and we have wi-fi and a washing machine, no dryer. There is one other housemate and myself, the landlady...we are a generally quiet household.
