we don’t have a lot of house rules and we are very easy-going but some things will have to be adhered to, this is a very quiet household and we would like to keep it that way so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t slam doors or windows and knows how to go up and downstairs quietly.
Cooking is unfortunately not allowed but you will be able to use the toaster and microwave and kettle which is situated in the shared lounge/dining room which also has a television
you will be required to clean your room weekly. There is no washing machine available but the laundry is about 500 m away
smoking and vaping is allowed but only outside the building
