Room with a double bed in a beautiful house with a lovely garden.
I have two cats and a dog, so pet lovers are a must! Any animal must be cat and dog friendly.
Right next to the village shop, parking can be tight so must be prepared to park walking distance from the house.
There’s bay outside where you can drop off bags etc. but parking can be at a premium in the village.
2 pubs, a brewery and a vineyard in the village, a post office, pharmacy, shop, garage, GP surgery and village hall.
Tennis courts on the green and stunning walks down by the estuary.
Takes 25 mins to exeter.
Ideally looking for someone who has 1 or two evenings away during the week so we both have space, but not a pre-requisite.
Must be tidy and clean.
With bills inc, I’m trusting that the heating will be left on the timer and that wearing a jumper isn’t an issue however would re look at this if it became problematic.
I’m currently smoking but tend to do so outside and will attempt to give up again soon!
