Opposite the room is your own bathroom. The rooms are let on a bedsit basis, so would suit someone who is happy to do their own thing and be independent. Street parking only.

Bradninch is a small, very friendly village with lots going on, about 10 miles from Exeter, we have two pubs a SPA shop and post office which is open till 9. 00pm, and there is a large Tesco and ALDI in Cullompton which is just over a mile away at junction 28 of the M5. Need to know any more about the house or us just give me a ring!
