Beautiful Barn Houseshare near Bude

A Barn conversion set a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by nature close to Bude. I'm looking for a housemate to split the rent and bills with.

The house is provided unfurnished by the landlord, however I've accumulated /borrowed almost all furnishings needed for the shared space. There are two empty bedrooms but we will be sharing as just two people, so you will have both free rooms, and your own separate bathroom. Therefore this would be ideal for anyone working from home and needing an office room, or just to use as additional bedroom space. Both rooms are small double size.

The shared space is very bright, openplan, living room and kitchen, and we have a lovely big Fireplace which keeps the place cozy.

You'll be sharing with myself and my miniature daschund Ludwig who also lives here. I am training at Rowden woodworking school full time, I like to get out and enjoy the coast paths at the weekends, and make the most of being in this beautiful barn. At home I'm very chilled, value my own space as well as sharing time in the upstairs living area, and enjoying the natural beauty around us.

There is plenty of beautiful outdoor space and garden on the land which we are welcome to enjoy, the is cared for by the lovely landlords.

I'm looking for someone who will enjoy and take care of this beautiful home as I do, and of course who I get on with as a housemate. Must be a dog person as Ludwig is very friendly and will expect to make friends with whoever joins us in the barn!

The rent includes water and drainage, all other bills are on top.
