I have a unusual luxury furnished double Loft room to rent in my modern comfortable home Ideally located, the property has outstanding sea views and overlooks Torbay's glorious English Riviera.(Torquay and Paignton)

The room is currently configured with a two singles (these can be put together) to form a King size double bed, free standing double wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinet and table lamp. Bedding for the singles is provided the laundry and the keeping of your room clean is down to you!

The room has a freeview TV provided.

The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons and is shared by all. Pretty much all cooking utensils are provided. Microwave is a inverter oven combination. There is a electric double oven and gas hob. plus a single combination oven grill all in a oven housing unit. (The property has a valid Landlords gas safety certificate) and built in linked smoke alarms upstairs and downstairs. There is a washing machine provided (provide your on tabs) There is a dishwasher and we take it it turns to provide the tabs. Outside are 4 cloths lines with pegs provided. There are clothes driers inside for wet days together with a iron and ironing board. Tea towels & hand towels are provided down stairs however bath & hand towels upstairs in the main bathroom are not provided. You are expected to help with normal housework emptying bins sorting recycling keeping areas clean. "Team work makes the dream work"!

Bathroom upstairs the shower which is directly off the Bosch Worcester combination boiler via a Mira mixing valve. The toilet downstairs, kitchen, dining room, and Lounge has a new 55" smart TV.

Parking is available in the street. occasionally if im away then my parking space can be used. For non drivers a local bus service is available no 16 and 17. the 16 stops outside during the simmer months. The house is located a short walk from Brixham's historic harbour. There is a local Coop just round the corner.
The property currently has a 2 lodgers and the owner who is a live in landlord. You will share large tall fridge and freezer and cupboard space. There is central heating on the ground floor and 1st floors only. Couples may be considered and the rent would be increased to £850 to reflect this.

You must like dogs as I have a small very friendly Springer Spaniel who is a working dog. He is now 5 years old and you can't get a better natured or more friendly dog.

Rent payment is due by 9am on the first day of each month.
