We are welcoming a female lodger to our home for a short-term stay.

We’ve always lived with other people, so enjoy having the company, but equally are happy to have time alone to do our own thing, and play with the two cats Merlin and Eve.

I work in psychological services, and do this from home. So it’s not possible for anyone else to work from home due to this. My partner works as a chiropractor so can be up and out of the house for 7am a couple days a week (sometimes Saturdays).

We would be happy to have someone Monday-Friday as well as the full week.
I usually go to gym classes some evenings after work and try to keep active - anyone willing to join me for a run to keep up my motivation is welcome. We also love a good film!

There is a large double room which can have exclusive access to its own bathroom. This includes a sink, toilet, and shower over a bath.
It is fully furnished with an ottoman bed (so lots of under bed storage), wardrobe, bookcase, foldout desk, mirror and chair.

You will also have shared access to the lounge, kitchen, with usual appliances and tools, range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, garden, patio, and conservatory.

There are two allocated parking spaces off-road at the front of the property which we use, but there is other off-road (in the courtyard) and on-road parking nearby.

All bills included: water, gas, electric, WiFi.
