This room is in a shared house with two other people and is in a magnificent rural location for anyone wishing to get away from it all. Buckland in the Moor is a unique hamlet 3 miles from Ashburton and the A38 but situated at 950 ft above sea level with views south out across the Dart river valley, 4,000 acres of forest and across to the high Moor beyhond. With Buckland Beacon behind the house and the Dart river at the bottom of the hill it is an excellent spot for the nature lover, walker or mountain biker. The house has been recently decorated and used for airbnb for the last 18 months and his now reoccuied by the landlord who is seeking lodgers. A very large double room 5m by 3m with windows either end and an en suite toilet (with basin shortly to be added !) Introverted and emotionally self contained people would do best here as immediate entertainment is hard to find. The house has an Aga and oil fired central heating and wood burner. Parking is for one vechile only and guest parking is by arrangement only. The use of the sauna and hot tub is also by agreement.
