We have a double room available in our peaceful property just outside Christow in Dartmoor National Park. It is a 15 minute drive into Exeter with plenty of walks and country pubs in the local area. Our house is of significant historical interest and there are lots of period features throughout the property. There is a beautiful garden attached to the house with lawns, mature trees and exotic plants. One of us works in education in Torquay and the other is an artist working in a studio in the garden. There is a shared bathroom, living spaces and kitchen/dining room. We would welcome a tenant who is looking for a short-term rental (up to 6 months) perhaps someone who is visiting the area; on a short-term work placement; or a mature student based in Exeter for a semester.
