This is a comfortable, light, single furnished room. It would suit a 30+ quiet, professional female. A small car is preferable because although there is easy access to public transport, it is in a village and so practicalities such as getting shopping are difficult without a car. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I am a teacher and work online from home. The living room is my office and so it is unavailable to you when I am working, however when I'm not working, you're free to use the living room area.
