Large double bedroom in shared house

This is a friendly and relaxed household in which we all work, but at difference times of the day.
The shared kitchen is large with plenty of worktops, cupboard space and fridges. There is a washroom with a washing machine and separate tumble drier.
The bedroom is on the second floor and the bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with 2 or 3 other lodgers.
We are looking for someone who is in work, able to be polite and clear up after themselves. Basically, whilst we are generally chatty, we don't expect other lodgers to be responsible for our wellbeing. It sometimes works out that we end up being long-term friends.
The garden is large and, depending on interest, some lodgers have patches of their own or help out with the lawn and general tidying up jobs.
