We are located in a quiet but central area of Crediton, just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop for Exeter and the University.
We have a 1 bright and airy double room available in the attic of our semi-detached Victorian home, which is quiet and private, upstairs away from the family in the main house. There is a bathroom (with shower) and large, comfortable sitting room, with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, etc.
Lodgers are welcome to use our family kitchen downstairs and relax in the garden.
We are a busy but friendly family.
Each room is £600 per month to include council tax, water, electricity, gas and wifi.
The house is located up a quiet road, 2 mins walk from the centre of Crediton and with lovely views across the town and surrounding countryside from the attic bedrooms. The location is perfect for easy access to town/city life and those wishing to enjoy rural pastimes, such as cycling and walking.
There is free parking on the street and nearby.
Crediton is a small but busy market town with a strong community atmosphere and regular events and a range of shops and cafes. It has a sports centre and is renowned for its amateur dramatics.
Exeter is 8 miles away and is easily accessed by bus or train from Crediton, with the nearest bus stop 2 mins walk from the house and the train station 10 mins walk.
