House is located on a quiet road with a driveway and a short 10 minute walk into town.
You will have access to the whole house and garden, except the spare bedroom. Please note that for the majority of the time you will be the only person in the house.
Will consider couples but rent will be extra. Housemate must be considerate and tidy.
Guests permitted occasionally, but please be reasonable!
No smoking allowed. All bills included.
