The room is a ground floor double room with a double bed, desk and wardrobe in a village house in the middle of Culmstock. It has the main use of a bathroom next to the bedroom and the house is shared with the landlord. There is parking for a vehicle. Exeter is 30 minutes by car, Taunton 25 minutes.
