Attic Room with en suite

I have an Attic room in three bedroomed Victorian terraced house. The bedroom has a free standing roll top bath and separate basin and loo in a room off the bedroom. There is a hand held shower but no free standing shower.
I am looking for someone who needs accomodation from Monday to Friday i. e. an agency worker or similar who works away from home during the week. Or someone who needs just a place to sleep while visiting Totnes on business or thinking of relocating. Anyone who is interested must have a primary address of their own as I am not looking for a permanent lodger.
I have two friendly dogs poodle/spaniel cross. I am a retired social worker wih a range of interests and enjoy good company and conversation. My husband is disabled and is in the early stages of dementia but he keeps himself to himself and has his own set of rooms to himself and only uses the kitchen for breakfast.
There is of road parking about 200 yards from the house. There is a bus stop 100 yards up the road with buses running every half an hour and the mainline railway station is a 10 minute walk Totnes town centre is 12 minute walk
