Double room with garden and distant sea views

Hi there. I have a lovely bright double bedroom to rent with garden views in a quiet area. The house is a spacious three bed semi recently decorated/renovated with a modern shared bathroom that has a large shower, no bath. Shared use of the house and large garden. Fibre internet included. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with drawers and small pine chest of drawers for use.
5 minute walk to the beach! Bus stop at the end of the road and train station a ten minute walk. Parking available at a small free car park at the end of the road.
Must like my soppy cat 😊 who thinks he's a dog! Initially 3 months, may be able to consider longer.
