Double Room to rent with easy parking

I have one double room available in my quiet house near to the city centre in Devonport. The house is a 2 bed new build close to coop, Tesco, lidl, public transport and walking distance to the city centre, university, hospitals, colleges, Dockyard, Royal William Yard and Mayflower Marina all within minutes.

I am a live in landlord who is quiet, clean and tidy therefore I'd ask that you live as I do. I have a dog therefore you will need to love dogs. Stella is well natured, loves to play but equally happy to chill.
I work full time during the day out of the house.

Will happily consider short term let’s or week day let’s and as well pets, unfortunately not cats as my dog is cat reactive. Additional small fee for dogs.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, curtains and tv can also be provided.

The room has been recently decorated.

The house has a downstairs WC and shared upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and large well kept garden with decking, bbq and vegetable patch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Broadband and all bills included.

Unrestricted on street parking.
