Garage has been beautifully converted into spacious , comfortable bedsit with own bathroom-(shower, toilet and basin). Has own kitchen area with hob, fridge, microwave, sink, cupboards and workspace. There is a TV and broadband wireless is available. It has double glazing and central heating. It is a very light and airy and has added benefit of being independent from my house.
There is a bus stop outside which takes you either towards Sidmouth or Exmouth. Plenty of parking as I have a private front drive. Budleigh beach is only 5 mins by car and exmouth only 20 mins . We have our own community shop in the village that does lots of local produce as well as the usual papers , milk , bread , meat and veg etc .
