Double room 10 min walk from RD&E and the quay

I am preferably looking for a female professional to rent the furnished double room available in my spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment in the sought after location of St Leonard's (the estate being located on the same road as RD&E Hospital so just a 10 min walk through the estate or a 10 min drive into the city centre and a 15 min casual strong down to The Quay).

It is available from February 2020 and you would be sharing with my boyfriend and I and our friendly sprocker spaniel Reu, although we mainly spend our time in Plymouth so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

I have a cleaner that comes in once a month to deep clean, though I would expect whoever moves in to keep the place nice and tidy. There is parking outside on the road but it is residents parking Mon-Fri 10-4 so not a problem if you're driving to work but if you plan to leave the car at home then you would need to get a residents permit(£30 for the year).

Please note that the chest of drawers shown in the photo of the bedroom has been replaced with a white wardrobe and under bed storage.
