Double room 10 min walk from RD&E and the quay

I am looking (preferably) for a professional to rent the furnished double room available in my spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment in the sought after location of St Leonard's (the estate being located on the same road as RD&E Hospital so just a 10 min walk through the estate or a 10 min drive into the city centre and a 15 min casual strong down to The Quay).

It is available from the beginning of September for a minimum of 3 months with the likelihood of extending to upto 6 months, however as the flat is in the process of being put up for sale it would have to be on a month by month rolling basis.

My fiancé and I (and spaniel & kitten) live primarily in Plymouth but spend the odd weekend/weeknight at the flat so you would have the place to yourself the majority of the time. You will of course need to like animals 😊

There is parking outside on the road but it is residents parking Mon-Fri 10-4 so not a problem if you're driving to work but if you plan to leave the car at home then you would need to get a residents permit(£30 for the year).

Please note that the chest of drawers shown in the photo of the bedroom has been replaced with a white wardrobe and under bed storage.
