You would have full use of the living room (big corner sofa and Smart TV) and New Kitchen dinner; I want it to feel like your home not like you are renting a room in someone else's house, the house is also my home so has a warm, cosy feel.
There's a driveway for two cars, this is tandem parking so you would need be able to communicate with your housemate well to work out who is leaving first in the morning.
The back Garden is Astro Turfed so there is minimal maintenance and it can be used in weathers.
Use of washing machine and Fridge/Freezer.
Water, electricity, council tax and fibre optic broadband Bills are included.
A cleaner once a month will also be included, however this really is additional to you keeping clean and tidy.

I'm looking for a professional non-smoker ideally between the age of 27-43. Someone easy to get along with that has a relatively healthy lifestyle apart from a few G&T’s on the weekend.
It is a brand new and well spec'd house, and I do like the place really clean and tidy so this is a must around the communal spaces.
