A fantastic double room close to the University (10 minute walk) and the centre of town (15 minute walk).
The house is a 13 bed house, with five bathrooms and two kitchens (current flatmates include 6 guys and 6 gals). The occupant of this room uses the kitchen on the top floor of the house, which is shared with just 3 others. The bathroom shared with just two others. There is a shared living room with plenty of room!
The room its self is 2nd floor, with a south facing fantastic view over Exeter. Off-road parking is available behind the house. All bills are included.
The current housemates are mainly students in 3rd or 4th year, all absolutely lovely and super friendly. I'm leaving because I unexpectedly got a new job away from Exeter, which means that I would ideally like someone to continue my contract until the end, which is the 3/08/2019. This would therefore be about 4 and a half months that the room is available.
