Double Room, Ensuite. live-out landlord. Cranbrook

1 double bedroom with ensuite available in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of Cranbrook. 5 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute drive into Exeter, there is a bus stop which is 2 minutes from the house and buses run into the centre every 20 minutes, bus ride takes about 25 minutes. there is also a train station in cranbrook so all in all very accessible

Because of work I live away most of the time but will use the house to stay in most weekends. Other than that any housemate would be the only person there so it's an ideal let for anyone who likes a bit of peace and quiet.

When I am home I like to get out and kayak, hike, or climb. So anyone that has similar interests is more than welcome to tag along. Other than that I like to tinker about building or fixing things so if you can't stand the sound of a drill from time to time then maybe look elswhere. Not really a party kind of house but i may have a friend or two round from time to time but nothing crazy. A social housemate would be nice, but if you prefer your own space no problems. Im environmentally conscious so obviously recycling is encouraged
