Hey! Our housemate is moving out and so we are looking for a new one. A bit about us: we are three friendly, sort-of professionals (trainee-teacher, PhD student, professional). We enjoy chilling out with each other in the evening, and cook for each other sometimes too.

The house is a terraced (read: cheap heating), red brick, with three floors. The kitchen is well equipped (including dishwasher) and clean, the dining room is really sunny, the lounge is a great chill-out space, and there is one downstairs loo and a family bathroom upstairs (with washing machine and tumble dryer). The room is on the first floor, and at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. We're in a really great firendly area, with (Heavitree) Fore Street near by, and a five minute walk to St Lukes campus. It's 20 mins to town (down Magdalen Road - with great cafes) and 30 mins to Streatham Campus.

The rent is 250pcm, plus bills (~£80/month for everything) - so really good value.
