This is a house share with me and my 10 year old daughter who stays with me 50% on a week on week off basis. We also have a well behaved French Bulldog called Dexter.

The house is modern and very clean with an attractive south facing garden.

Easy access to the city centre and right next door to the RD&E Hospital.

Previous tenants who are now friends :) have been from the medical profession and given the location this would ideally suit someone working at the hospital.

My girlfriend works as a Vet and stays over from time to time.

The room has had a refurb and comes with a brand new Laura Ashley double bed with memory foam mattress, two bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and an Alexa. There is also the added benefit of a very large en-suite. Super Fast Fibre Broadband and all bills are included. There is Plenty of parking at the property which is located in a highly regarded and sought after area of Exeter.

We are looking for someone who is positive, respectful and tidy :)

My current Tenant a junior Dr will also be happy to meet potential applicants should you wish. She will be moving out on the 4th February.
