The house is situated approx two miles from city and walking distance to university. On street parking is available.
A modern house built around 1994 in the Pennsylvania district of Exeter. The bed sitting room and bathroom are situated on the second floor with lounge, kitchen and entry to rear garden on the first floor. Owners bedroom ensuite on ground floor.
The lounge is open plan with stairs to ground and second floor. The kitchen is shared between tenant and owners.
We are looking for a polite and friendly person who will appreciate they are sharing our home for a short period. In return we will go out of way to make you welcome and help in any way we can to make your stay comfortable and a pleasant experience. We have two dogs.
