Large kitchen, small garden, parking, WiFi, large family bathroom with huge ( and I mean huge ) walk in shower, downstairs additional closet toilet and sink, dining room to seat 8, open fire. Full use of silverware, vintage china, kitchen pots and pans. The kitchen has a gas job, fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer. You really don’t need to bring anything other than your luggage.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre, 20 minutes walk to Exeter university Streatham campus , 20 minutes walk to RDE hospital Exeter, 25 minutes to the quay. There is a bus stop on the main road with good links to the Met office and beyond.
The closest shop is the newly opened Co -op with fair trade produce, in store bakery and a good selection of food and vegetables. This is a 3 minute walk.
The house is surprisingly peaceful and you really wake to the birds singing. The street is mainly professional with just a few houses to students.

Until recently I have been hosting international students from Exeter Academy of English and have welcomed those from Israel to Asia.
My interests are in health, nutrition and design. I enjoy baking and there are often developmental breads and cakes which need ‘testing’ !

There is a visiting neighbourhood cat that pops by; absolutely gorgeous.
