Ground Floor:
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave ,and washing machine+dryer.
For any guests, we have a bathroom located between the kitchen and the lounge.
The lounge area has sofas and a dining area.
From the lounge, you can access the garden. The garden has a lovely deck patio.
First Floor:
Your double bedroom is located on the first floor. The bedroom has ample space, a double bed, drawers and wardrobes. Lots of light comes in through the two windows, and having a floor to yourself, you’ll feel more than comfortable!
There is a bathroom, with a bath, shower and plenty of space.
Next to the bathroom, we have a guest room for anyone staying, where we also store some extra things!

Second Floor:
There is a double bedroom on the top floor, where I shall be living

The property is located in Newtown/Clifton Street area. The house is 5 minutes from the town centre, 5 minutes to St Luke’s campus and 15 minutes to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital walking,
Bike storage available in a secure shed as well as off street parking.

I would love to share this house with someone who is outgoing, likes doing things outside, sports but who is also for a night in! I'm easy going and usually up for trying out anything!
