Small three bed end-of-terrace house in Heavitree near the shops, transport links, and walking distance to the hospital, the park, and St. Lukes campus.

On-street residents parking permit is available via the council.

The three rooms are one single, one double, and one large double (could accommodate a couple in the larger room). The small one might suit a Mon-Fri let.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen comes with a big fridge-freezer, two ovens (one mini), a washer-dryer and assorted pots and pans.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, a bath and a powerful hot shower.

Living room has a dining table and chairs, storage cupboards, bookshelves and seating.

Bills included in the monthly rent are the fixed bills of water, broadband, tv licence, and council tax (if most of the people in the house are full time students then the council tax bill can be adjusted). So the only bills not included are the variable gas and electricity - with sensible management these have generally equalled about £21 per person per month.

One or two cats could be allowed at the house as long as certain conditions are met. Feel free to message if you have any queries about this.
