Double Room near University on bus route to town

I have 2 fully furnished double rooms available in my home based in Exwick Exeter. This is an ideal location for the University. Or city centre. The house is a modern 4 bed Townhouse with a nice garden, parking, broadband, washing machine etc and is on the E bus route. One room is available now the other from 1st April and the rent includes all bills and council tax. You would be sharing a family home with myself and my 15 year old son and our 2 dogs. The house is modern, clean and tidy and has been recently decorated to a high standard. We are a friendly, active and positive family and are used to having foreign students and lodgers stay with us. I am looking for someone that is looking to stay until at least Sept 2020 ideally but would consider shorter lets. I am happy to send more pictures and discuss further with those that are interested. Applicants must be mature, respectful, clean, tidy with a good sense of fun and like animals!!
