We have a double room available in Exeter. Near to the R, D and E, short walk to town and next to a lovely green. This house is situated in a quiet residential area in Heavitree.
This four bedroom property has a communal living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower room and 4 fully furnished bedrooms. Outside is a communal patio/garden with a brand new shed to store bikes.
We don't currently have a permit left. A few roads away there is non permit parking.
We are looking for someone nice to fill the room in our friendly houseshare. The landlady does not live in the property.
