Ensuite bedroom for 15 mins walk city centre

I am finishing my English language course and coming back to Spain so my room in St. Thomas area becomes available.

It's a single occupancy room with bathroom ensuite. Wooden furniture includes a wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 1 table and a chair, 1 bed-side chest of drawers. There's also a mirror on the side of the comfortable bed and a radiator. The bathroom is private and ensuite and includes a shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror. Cleaning is up to the tenant and the landlord carries out inspections from time to time after giving notice he is coming at a reasonable time.

The room has been refurbished and redecorated last September and the window view to the patio and sun comes in.

Shared facilities include the kitchen room and living room next to it. The kitchen includes a microwave, 2 fridges, cooker with oven, kettle and washing machine. No tumble drier. These areas are not cleaned by the tenant as a maid comes fortnightly.

Flatmates are quiet silent, respectful and friendly, most young adults or older.

Required 2 months rent payment in advance.
Minimum stay until 4/3/2020 (possible to extend)
