Due to my job I need to leave my current house share, as I’m moving away from Exeter. It is about a 2 minute walk from the main train station in Exeter, and a 15 minute walk from campus and the city centre.
The rent is £470 a month including bills, a fortnightly cleaner and Netflix! The house is shared with 2 boys and 1 other girl! They are all really lovely, and we often have nights in and out drinking and socialising.
