Due to Covid 19 I am finding this challenging as previously it’s not taken long to find new house mate. I understand times are challenging and I would drop rent temporary from £480 to £400 along with government guidelines for the right house mate for the first 3 months.
Looking for a house mate to come and live with me in Cranbrook . Double room will be furnished (bed wardrobe bedside table) and everything else provided in the house. You also get your own private bathroom with bath & shower and a parking space. Must like dogs as I have Mozzy the cocker spaniel who is crate trained and lives in the kitchen, feel free to borrow him for walks!
All bills are inclusive (WiFi, BT Sport, water, electric, council tax, TV licence).
Cranbrook has a train station, local shop, regulars busses, cycle path and close to Exeter airport, Sowton, Exeter business park and the Sky Park.
I am easy going, work hard and love the outdoors and all sports .In the summer I mountain bike and paddleboard and go to the gym.
Looking for someone to move in either 11/12th April or before really but keen to find someone I can trust and get on well with.
